Is there a way to completely stop climate change yet?

For all intensive purposes, no. First of all, not too much about climate change is certain, especially when it comes to predictions about the future.

You could I suppose stop all emmissions of greenhouse gases. But that would be virtually impossible. And even if we could stop it, there is some evidence that climate warming has reached a “runaway train” stage, which has no reversal, because of methane being released from melting permafrost and the percentage of light that is reflected off of snow vs. off of water, etc.

If you want to make yourself feel a little better, you should check out geoengineering, but don’t count on anything.
