Actually yes, there is. There are solar chargers for batteries available, as well as for phones and other devices, provided you don’t mind a few hours of sun exposure for these items.

Ok, my mistake. I assumed the question meant without connecting it into an outlet, and could include alternative energy sources, not no electricity altogether.
