Is there a type of fish that bald eagles eat the most of?

Because Bald Eagles fly over the water and catch fish that swim close to the surface, they tend to consume a lot of fish with eyes that point downward, such as catfish and carp. Scientists believe that fish with upward facing eyes can see predators coming and will swim deeper to avoid getting eaten. 90% of a Bald Eagle’s diet consists of fish, but they will also eat ducks, water fowl, turtles, small rodents, and snakes.
