Is there climate terrorism?

It seems to be a term used by different groups of people and having opposite meanings.

It can be used by people who don’t believe in climate change (particularly into the fact that humans caused it) to refer to their opponents, whose actions they view as attempts to instill fear (of climate change) to force economy-harming policies.

The other side, however, uses the term to refer to the countries/institutions/companies/people that are responsible for greenhouse gas emissions and so for causing and worsening the global warming.
