I found this document which distinguishes oak anthracnose from oak wilt, and it says that the best treatment for oak anthracnose is simply to preserve the health of the trees as long as possible, allowing the leaf loss to gradually subside. Whatever oak wilt treatments are available should be aimed at reducing the spread to other trees, as there is no cure for oak wilt except time and hope.
