Is there such a thing as green cement?

A California Company called Calera has made a cement mix that sequesters carbon from the air.  The mix is essentially the same as normal cement mix, there’s an air and water mixture that creates powder and differing sizes of pebbles depending on the customers preference, however, Calera cements require CO2 to set.  Where other traditional cements release CO2 during production and setting, Calera cement sequesters 3 times what normal cements release.  The cement business is the 3rd largest carbon polluter in the world, but Calera’s product can change that.
