Is there a natural way to reduce muscle soreness?

    A good way to combat muscle soreness is to work out frequently. You’ll feel the soreness the first time you exercise, but once your body adapts to the frequent workouts, the soreness will eventually go away. What soreness is are micro-tears in the muscle. Once these micro-tears heal, the muscle grows back stronger, hence the delayed onset of soreness after constant exercise.
