Is there a magnetic charge in the ozone layer?

Ozone is made of three atoms of oxygen, forming a molecule that is not very stable but which requires a great deal of power to create. When the sun’s UV rays reach the ozone, they cause the molecules to split into single oxygen atoms. It does not have a magentic field, but the earth does. This magnetic field protects the earth from solar wind.
