There are quite a few natural remedies to help combat allergies, such as neti pots, food with omega-3 fatty acids, and plant-derived compounds such as quercetin, stinging nettle, and butterbur.
Another organic option for battling allergies is honey. Honey, especially locally grown honey, contains large amounts of local pollens. If you slowly start incorporating local honey into your diet you should slowly build an immunity to the pollens in your area. This may take awhile but it has been proven to help over time.
