Is there an entire industry that has shifted from non green to green practices?

I would say probably not. It depends, however, on how broadly or narrowly you define industry. But given that the vast majority of businesses still have some non-green practices, it’s probably safe to say no. Once possible exception is the green industry itself, which I guess you could say wasn’t green when it didn’t exist. Now, most clean tech companies utilize green practices as much as possible. I think the auto industry might be one of the first to switch entirely. In twenty years, when conventional gas prices are way too high, electric and biofuel cars might become the norm.
