Of all the land on earth about 10%+/- is soil the rest is mostly water, polar, mountainous, or sand. This soil provides the earth with agriculture and fod to survive. While 10% seems like a small number there are billions of tons of soil on earth. Far more than need at current time.

Your question was: “Is there enough soil?” If this is not your intended question can you be a little more specific and maybe then I can answer it the way you intended.
There is not enough soil and more and more soil systems are being destroyed by water run-off and other pollutants. Soil is resilient though and can be repaired with the proper composting techniques that will create the proper microorganisms to create healthy soil that plants can thrive in. It also depends on what kind of plants are grown, biodiversity is key to soil health.
