Is there an eclipse every year?

Some kind of eclipse occurs every year, whether it is lunar or solar, partial or full. Here is the schedule of eclipses given out by NASA. During some years, there may not be a total solar eclipse (for example, in 1993, 1996, 2000, 2004, and 2007, there were only partial solar eclipses) or a total lunar eclispe, but somewhere on the Earth, at least a partial lunar or solar eclipse will take place each year. Check the schedule to see where the best areas are to experience the eclipse.
