Is there a discipline that isn’t included in environmental studies?

Part of what makes environmental studies such a fascinating discipline is its interdisiplinary nature. People in this field utilize everything from math, physics, and science to communications, legal studies, and economics (at least loosely). While it is very science based, environmental studies also relates to politics and social policy. However, there are a few studies that aren’t as useful to this discipline including music, history of art, and country specific studies (German, Italian, language, etc). Environmental studies benefits from most areas of study as science and humanities alike pertain to preservation/learning about the environment.
