Is there dirt in concrete?

Dirt is a very vague term. Dirt can be soil or dust or gravel. Concrete can be said to contain the latter two (the dust being Portland cement, in and of itself a mixture of limestone, shales, and clays), but generally is not supposed to contain the first.
