Is there a difference in materials used for nuclear power plants and nuclear bombs?

Both nuclear power plants and nuclear bombs require (and in the case of breeder reactors, create) plutonium and/or enriched uranium.  The difference between the two is the concentration of uranium/plutonium needed.  Highly enriched uranium, which is considered weapons grade, has a greater than 20% concetration of 235U or 233U.
