Great question. Yes there are. You can find suits made from hemp, fair trade and organic fibers. Try the links below. If you want to green your wardrobe, also consider getting fair trade and environmentally friendly shoes, socks, underwear, jewelry and laundry detergent.

Also, it seems as if Sears is in collaboration with Teijin Fibers Limited to make men’s suits from recycled PET bottles. The suit will be machine washable/dryable and will have a full blend of polyester (54%), wool (42%) and spandex (4%) and go under the Sears’ brand, Covington Perfect. Approximately 25 2-L PET bottles are needed to make enough fibers to produce one suit. The suits should have been in stores in May of 2009.
