According to this blog, toilet paper does contain some BPA.
Most paper products should not have any BPA in them, as BPA (or Bisphenol A) is a chemical used to manufacture epoxy resin and polycarbonate plastic resin.
The main uses for BPA are in plastic lining of cans, and plastic products. Occasionally, BPA can be found in certain product packaging as well as thermal paper.
