Los Angeles restaurant Mozza is moving in a green direction with their soap made form a surprising recycled material. It is made from left over cooking grease. Further Soap is making this interesting soap and pushing the limits of recycle, reuse, reduce. They make the soap from glycerine distilled out of the left over grease.
