Yes, there is snow on Mount Kilimanjaro all year round. However, the ice caps/glaciers on the mountain are shrinking. This may be due to a decrease in the amount of precipitation. The glaciers may be gone by 2040 or 2050 (or they may not, scientists disagree on the matter.)
