Pigs feet are eaten in a variety of countries. Having a high fat content, they may not be the healthiest food around and one may question the ethics of eating such a food if he or she is against meat consumption. That being said, as long as the rest of the pig is being used, it may be best to eat the feet as well, instead of letting them go to waste.
Pigs Feet are considered a cut of pork, and the more we can use of the pig, the less wasteful meat production is. However, your own view of meat production and consumption might conflict. Nutritionally, it has a high saturated fat content, and the fat to protein calorie ratio is 1:1.
