When Pluto was first discovered, classified, and named the tear was 1930. Since then technology has improved so much that we now know how small and otherwise different Pluto is from the rest of the plants. I would say the chances of Pluto being reclassified as a plant are slim to none. However, I suppose Clyde W. Tombaugh, the original scientist to discover Pluto may have said the same thing about Pluto being declassified – never say never, but don’t hold your breath 😉
