No, nothing on the same level as catnip. Catnip contains nepetalactone, which mimics a cat pheromone, which is why it has that effect on cats. For dogs, a good treat is probably the best option, which you can put in a kong toy to keep them occupied for a while.
Some sources say that Dogs will react to Anise the same way cats react to catnip. They say that adding a bit of anise oil or seeds to one of your pets favorite toys should do the trick. They will play happily till they just tucker out…sort of like your cat.
