I don’t think so. In terms of physical capabilities, humans certainly aren’t at the top of the food chain, but the problem is that we have created technologies which make us vastly better-adapted to being at the top of the food chain. This is not a physical function of our bodies, but a capability that we have developed. As long as we are able to create technologies that can run faster, fly higher, and shield us from the attacks of other animals, we will probably remain at the top of the food chain.
Not that could compete with the entire human species. At least not yet. A few hundred years of evolution may change that :). There are obviously many animals that have reportedly killed and eaten humans; Sharks, Bears, Lions, Tigers, etc. All Isolated incidents on a small number (typically 1) humans. Humans as a species are at the top of the food chain, but if you find yourself environment you could be some animals dinner.
