Is the swine flue vaccine bad for you?

Well, the vaccine can cause mild, flu-like symptoms for a few days, and in some people there are adverse reactions to the vaccine (mostly if you’re allergic to any of the ingredients), but for the most part flu vaccines greatly reduce your chance of getting the flu. The day or two of feeling a little sniffly is probably worth it if you’re concerned about contracting swine flu or work in a field which puts you at greater risk of catching or spreading the disease.
