The Stone Age lasted from about 2 million years ago to about 4,000 years ago. So it can be estimated to have lasted about 2 million years (Ma). The Ice Age lasted 70 million years (330-260 Ma). So by those values, the Ice Age had a longer time span.

The Ice age in the other answer, 70 million years (320-260 Ma), is not “The” ice age most people think of. The recent Ice Age had four major pulses within the past 2.5 million years ago. The Stone Age extends as far back as 2.9 million years.

So, the time spans of the recent glacial epoch and the stone age are quite similar.
