Is sparkling water any better or worse for my health to drink than flat water?

    Although carbonated water has carbonic acid added to it to create the bubbles, the risk of dental erosion is low (

    Basically, the differences are negligible overall though, but if drinking carbonated water makes you drink more water, then that is definitely a positive.
