You may want to make your question more specific by adding context. From what I gather, a correlation between a “body” and a “house” could have to do with an assembly of people in a political sense. A body of people could be a small township that meets to govern its given area, while a house (much like the House of Representatives in Washington, D.C.) is another body of people, but they are elected officials who are chosen to govern and vote on issues.
