Yes, but not in the same sense as most renewable resources. When most people think renewable they tend to think in the short term, like fruit trees that bare fruit every year or solar panels that constantly generate energy. Silver is a naturally formed mineral, it takes millions of years and the correct geological processes to form. Over the course of millions of years the Earth will create more silver, but with our current rates of consumption, it is difficult to call any precious metal renewable.
