Should places be named after the colonial “discovers” or should we go back to native names for those places?

    It’s hard to say…..I suppose it depends a great deal on the attitude of the settlers and how they view the natives.  A name is important, but what is most important is that people don’t lose sight of the past and always know the history, for better or worse, of their city, state, and country. We cannot change our past, but we can learn from it and make the present and future a better place.
