If you mean your compost bin, then yes, if you can figure out how to get it in there sans baggie. Dog poop dries up and decomposes relatively well when mixed with yard and food waste. Try to moderate it though…for aroma’s sake. If there gets to be too much poo in there, it’ll probably take over the compost pile.
Cat and dog poop can have dangerous bacteria and parasites in it, so you probably want to compost it separately and away from any food crops.
