Vitamins aren’t gonna help you from getting cramps while swimming if you have just eaten. It may help your digestion process, but that cramps you get from swimming with a full belly do not affect your digestive systems.
Over exposure to the sun, caused by swimming or going to the beach can cause sickness. While one should always be cautious with how much sun they take in, it is recommended that you take beta-carotene supplements to help with any inflamation caused by the sun or swimming. As always, make sure to drink a lot of water to help the body’s absorption of supplements.
