Should all buildings be required to install motion detectors for lights?

In my personal opinion, yes. Shutting off lights saves money and electricity, especially in places such as stadiums, where field lights are often left on overnight. Offices, Schools, even homes would all benefit from motion detectors However, it would be hard to enforce, and is a large upfront cost than a regular switch, which is why you can get credits in LEED and other green regulations for having them.
