Should all banks have a code of ethics and conduct like the Swiss Bank UBS just recently started?

Yes, all banks kind of do have similar codes known as their mission statements. However, it is nice that USB has made an open commitment to being more socially responsible, which is unusual for a bank. I believe that amidst this current global recession, there is a lot of general ill will towards the financial sectors of economies (worldwide). This code of ethics is a good model for other banks to try to follow as a way of regaining popular trust.
