No. The latest edition of the DSM, released in 2000, does not recognize sex addiction (or nymphomania or satyriasis). However, it is recognized in the ICD, as “hypersexuality.” See below for more information.
Unfortunately, no it is not. Perhaps in the near future it can be added. I have taken an abnormal psychology course which discussed DSM classifications.
