Well this is in constant debate. There are some people (including famous chef/TV personality Alton Brown) who say that as long as you drink enough, salt isn’t bad for you at all. However, with all the salt that is in things these days it would be hard to hydrate it completely out of your system.
I would still suggest cutting down on salt as much as you can.
I wouldn’t recommend consuming a lot of salt regardless of the salt. There are a lot of health problems associated with over consumption. Sea salt is still salt so I wouldn’t overdo it.
