Good question, ochoa. I think anything in excess is probably not very good for you, and cranberry juice is one such thing. The most common side effects of drinking too much cranberry juice are diarrhea and the increased chance of developing kidney stones. Also, it is possible for women to develop a yeast infection from drinking too much cranberry juice.

Too much of anything is never a good thing. Even too much water can be extremely damaging to your health. However, cranberry is very good for your health in general. Just drink a normal amount and you should be fine!
While cranberry juice doesn’t have alcohol like wine does, the amount of sugar in juice can make it bad for you in large quantities. Anything in excess will have a detrimental effect on your health, but cranberry juice in moderation is an excellent source for some of the same antioxidants that are found in wine.
