If the leaves are to the bottom, they are probably just dying back and this is not unusual, especially after the stress of transplanting. However, yellow leaves usually indicate that the plant is not getting enough nitrogen. The soil where you planted it may lack this necessary component. Try to fertilize the plant (Miracle Grow will not do the trick). You can pick up a bag of fertilizer at nearly any garden center or do-it-yourself store for a couple of dollars. Follow the instructions and you will probably see your plant doing well in a short time.
