Maybe a little bit, but it depends on what you’re eating and where it’s coming from I suppose. Supposedly, the waste of animals is what’s most harmful to the environment since it’s getting into rivers and streams and the overall water system. More beef has been consumed as of late largely due to fast food demands. Their farmed animals and their proximity can create greater chance of diseases, which can be harmful to humans. However, since most pork and beef are industrialized and raised intended to be eaten, while seafood is captured from the wild. The fishing industry is not as sustainable as farmed animals since the numbers cannot be controled, and climate change itself is already heavily affecting offspring and spawning.
