T-shirts are typically made from cotton or a synthetic. Fabrics, for example, from bamboo are rare. I’m not sure I’d call a t-shirt-type-thing made from wool a “t-shirt” … maybe a light sweater.
If the question is how many trees need to be burned for energy to make a t-shirt, that’s a little convoluted, since the chances are the energy does not come from wood, but from coal, oil, nuclear or natural energy.
