Potentially. Just like the wind and sun, ocean waves and ocean tides are naturally occuring and constant energy sources. Whether we harness the energy or not, it is being produced, and there is no reason to think that it won’t continue to be produced in the future (barring a hugely cataclysmic event that would likely have more severe consequences than the loss of an energy source). In the case of energy from ocean tides, the tides are controlled by the moon. So as long as the moon stays put, we shoudl be able to count on ocean tides to supply us with energy. Similarly, waves caused by wind will continue to yield energy as long as there is wind.
ill say no because we’re depleting it rapidly
