Given the current procedures of nuclear power plants, I’m going to say dirty. Nuclear power plants may not spew green house gases into the air, but they create high level radioactive waste some of which will continue to emit radiation for 100,000 years. It’s so toxic to human health the only current feasible disposal of nuclear waste is to isolate from the human environment, usually by burying it deep into the earth (like they do in South Korea). There’s only so much out-of-the-way storage for radioactive waste.
