Nitrogen in its pure is not a greenhouse gas. However, nitrous oxide is a particularly bad greenhouse gas. This gas is composed of 2 nitrogen atoms for every atom of oxygen. Also, nitrogen trifloride is another chemical that is a greenhouse gas that contains nitrogen.
