    Companies often make these kinds of promises without following through, knowing that they can probably attract more consumers, and knowing full well that there will be little or no oversight. The same thing happened with a bank, UBS, which promised to stop funding mountaintop removal operations but was unluckily discovered to have continued doing so by Greenpeace (see link below for more information).
