While there are far to many species of fish in the ocean to name them all in this answer, here are a few ocean dwelling species that are threatened or endangered today:
The Atlantic Salmon is endangered. In fact, most other varieties of Salmon are either endangered or threatened.
All varieties of Atlantic Sturgeon are endangered apart from the species in the Gulf of Maine, which is only threatened.
The Canary Rockfish is threatened.
The Largetooth Sawfish is threatened.
