    Bangladesh has the largest area of mangrove forests in the world. The rainforests of Asia range from Burma and India to Malaysia and the islands of Java and Borneo (southeast Asian rainforest). There’s also the northeast Asian deciduous forest, which covers parts of Korea, China, Russia, and Japan. In part of China it is known as the Northeast China Plain deciduous forest and in another part of China it is known as the Manchurian mixed forest.

    Russia has more forests than any other nation on the planet. Its forests cover 22% of the earth’s surface. The Komi forests are in Northwestern Russia, the Karelian forests are along the border with Finland, and there’s the Bikin Valley in the far east.

    Bangladesh has a lot of rainforests in its countries that are now trying to be preserved as people discover the importance of rainforests. China, not surprisingly is the biggest producer of forest products. One of the reason why Indonesia is one of the biggest emitters of greenhouse gases is because of the way it carelessly goes about destroying its forests as it continues to develop into the modern nation we know today.
