Your tree may be the victim of spider mites. They weave webs, but unlike spiders, they damage orange trees.
Spider mites can be repelled by many non-chemical means. You could grow herbs near your tree to ward off these pests. Garlic, cilantro, onion, chives, cloves and dill are among herbs that repel spider mites.
You can also spray your plant with a homemade insecticide to keep it bug-free. The easiest and most common mix is simply soap and water. Mix 1-2 tablespoons of natural soap per quart of warm water. use a spray bottle to mist your plants with the mix to repel bugs.
Here are some other pest control recipes.
You can also try burning essential oils…bugs are repelled by citrus varieties, like bergamot, sweet orange, lemon, etc. In addition to warding off insects, the antiseptic properties leave the air cleansed and smelling fresh. Depending on the oil, it can provide you with a sense of invigoration, increased energy, and overall well-being.
