If your child stopped wetting the bed for more than 6 months and then began wetting the bed again, your child is more likely to be wetting the bed due to a medical condition. However, a fourth to a third of four-year-old children continually wet the bed–with no dry period. If this is the case, your child will probably gain more bladder control in the following years.
It is advised that children of this age who wet the bed contact a pediatrician and, in some cases, a psychologist.
