Is the multi colored corn as good as white or yellow corn?

    All three types of corn are the same nutritionally.  Corn contains iron, copper, phosphorous, magnesiuum, zinc, manganese, selenium, and potassium.  There are also several vitamins in corn such as vitamin A, vitamin B, thiamin, and riboflavin. 

    Corn has no true health benefits.  It can be harsh for people with sensitive digestive systems.
