Is more water used making grapes for wine or hops and barley for beer?

Wine is typically almost 100% grape juice and peel with water added in the process extremely rarely. Beer, on the other hand, is almost completely made up of water, with hops and barley brewed in the water. So, beer takes much more water to produce than does wine.
