Im not 100% sure if this is what you’re asking, but I know that animals grown in CAFOS (concentrated animal feeding operations) farms are definitely less healthy than animals grown on normal farms. These animals usually grow up in cramped conditions, and furthermore they are pumped with antibiotics to make everything more sterile. In the long run, this has the opposite effect, bacteria which would normally be killed mutates and becomes resistant to the unneccesary antibiotics, creating super-bugs such as avian flu and mad cows disease.
